Crockpot Paleo Beef Brisket

Grass fed beef brisket 1-2lbs The sauce Spicy mustard and djon mustard 1/4 c of each Mix together add in some vinegar about 2-3tsp (whatever kind you have laying around the house apple,balsamic) add in some fresh grated ginger about 1tbsp Salt and pepper the brisket and smother with the sauce than put in the crockpot for 1 hour on high Then add in beef broth, enough to cover the brisket. Throw in your selection of veggies. I did red onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Turn crockpot on Low and let cook for 3-4 more hours.
