Orange ginger Flank Steak

Grass fed flank steak 1-2 lbs. Fresh ginger. navel orange 1. olive oil 1 tbsp. salt and pepper. Grate the ginger, about 1 tbsp or so. Then mix it in the olive oil dashed with salt and pepper and rub the mixture all over the steak. Heat your grill or if you don't have a grill you can cook it on a pan on the stove top or in the broiler in your oven, set all of them to medium. In a bowl squeeze the orange juice, your are going to brush the steak while its cooking with your freshly squeezed orange juice. Cook the steak to your liking. I cooked it for 4-5 mins on each side because I like steak medium, add about 2-3 for medium well and 5 for well done(which I don't suggest, but everyone is different)
