Sauteed Squash

Spaughetti Squash just 1 . Cut the squash in half(you will need a good knife) then use a fork and scrape out the seeds. Then rub with olive oil and salt and pepper, place on a baking sheet face down so the out side of the squash is showing only. set the oven to 350 and bake for one hour, if its a larger squash leave in for 15 to 20 mins longer. Then when its done let it cool enough that you can hold it to fork out the squash from the skin. Have a pan ready to fork it into. In that pan melt some grass fed butter and sautee some fresh grated garlic 2 to 3 cloves depending on your preference. Then add the spaughette squash, dash with some salt and pepper and italian seasoning. Sautee enough to just mix the flavors around probably only 3-4 mins on medium since the squash is already cooked from the oven.
