Paleo Scottish Eggs

8 free range eggs
1lb turkey sausage
1 c flaxseed meal
1 tsp minced garlic
1 TBSP italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Hard boil the eggs, and peal.  Then in a bowl mix the trukey sausage and the spices, grab a small hand full and make a patty and wrap the hard boiled egg in it.  Continue till all the eggs are covered, then roll them in the flaxseed meal. Place them on a pan covered with foil and bake in the oven at 350 for 45 mins turning half way through.
