Coconut Blueberry Smoothie

1/2 c Almond milk (unsweetened original)
1/4c Organic full fat plain yogurt
1/2c Blueberries (frozen or fresh organic)
1/4 c Organic unsweetened coconut shreds or flakes.

* For a protien smoothie add in one scoop of vanilla protien powder (I use Jay Robs natural protien), or for just a snack you can leave out the protien and just blend as is. Enjoy!

Rasberry Recovery Smoothie

1c of frozen Very Cherry Blend (found at Trader Joes, our just a mixture of cherries, black beries, and raspberries). 1 c of frozen pineapple chunks (which replenishes your body after a workout). 1/2 c of organic plan full fat yogurt, 1/2 c of water. 5 ice cubes. 5 fresh strawberries. Blend and enjoy for a great after workout recovery drink.

Paleo Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

1 ripe avocado, 8 fresh organic strawberries(depending on size), 1-2 cup of fresh organic blueberries(you may use frozen fruit, if you do add in less ice), 1/2tbsp of cocoa powder unsweetened(if you like it extra chocolatey add 1tbsp), 1/2 cup of almond milk, 6 ice cubes, 1/2tsp of vanilla, 1/2tbsp of cinnamon, and 1 packet of stevia. Blend until smooth and all the ice is gone. Enjoy!!
